Shelly S. Davis, CPA, PC is the successor firm to Manzer & Davis, LLP.  Don Manzer, a graduate of Oregon State University, established his firm in the mid-eighties after many years of practice in various firms in the Portland area.

Shelly Davis graduated from Pacific Union College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993.  She began working with Don in 1995 and obtained her CPA license in 1997.  In January 2005, Don and Shelly forged the partnership of Manzer & Davis, LLP.  Now that Don is retired, the practice is run by Shelly, who has nearly 27 years of experience.

Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
