Shelly S. Davis, CPA, PC has existed in its current form since 2013. It is the successor firm to Manzer & Davis, LLP in which Shelly Davis partnered with Donald Manzer until his retirement and Shelly took over complete operation of the firm.

Shelly Davis graduated from Pacific Union College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993.  She began working in public accounting in 1995 and obtained her CPA license in 1997.  Shelly has over 30 years of experience.

Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
